Math was my favorite subject while growing up. Paying attention to details with a strong analytical and logical mind was one of my strengths. I graduated from UC Davis with a degree in Electrical Engineering back in 1999.
In my early years, I was not very sociable, just focusing on doing engineering work. However, real-life experiences have shaped me to be more approachable, resourceful, and accountable.
I am not the typical salesperson with lots of words. I focus on getting the best mortgage deal possible for my borrowers. There are times that we just can’t qualify, and I will make sure that the borrower understands why and what needs to happen to make the loan work.
A good mortgage loan consultant is one who is not giving up too easily, and be creative to come up with solutions to meet the various guidelines.
I was working in the technology field doing software development for financial institutions for about 10 years. I have been involved with real estate investing for over 10 years. I currently reside in the San Francisco Bay Area with my family.
